How can I return ordered goods?

Have you ordered from our online shop and now want to return an item? No problem! Just write to us at info@calmelephant.com or our contact form . You will conveniently receive your return label from us for an uncomplicated return.

When and how do I get my money back?

The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the originally used payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the credit has been paid out.

Who bears the costs for the return?

Returns from all countries of the European Union are free of charge at CALM ELEPHANT.

How long do I have to return an item?
